Cancel contracts here

Cancelling stops the automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of the paid period. It is not the 14-day withdrawal: you can exercise the right of withdrawal in the app (Subscription → “Withdraw from the contract here”), by email to support@easy360.net or using the model withdrawal form (Article 22 of the Terms). Sending the form does not cancel anything yet: we email you a link, and the cancellation takes effect only when you confirm it with that link within 48 hours; an unconfirmed request lapses (Article 17 of the Terms).

Important: after you send this form, we email a confirmation link to the account address. Your request takes effect only if you press “Confirm my request” in that email within 48 hours. Until then nothing changes and your subscription continues; if you do not confirm in time, the request lapses.
