Create Your Account

Register and unlock 15 free recordings

Open the app and tap Register. Fill in your email and a secure password — the app will send you a verification email. Once verified, you are ready to go with 15 free recordings included.

1. Open Easy 360 and tap Register

Enter your email address and create a password (min. 8 characters, at least one number and one uppercase letter).

2. Verify your email

Check your inbox for a verification link. Click it to activate your account.

3. Log in

Use your credentials to sign in. Your 15 free recordings counter starts from your first recording.

Tip: No credit card is required. Upgrade to Premium anytime from the app if you need unlimited recordings.
3

Connect Your Devices

Single device or two-device sharing mode

Easy 360 supports single-device and two-device setups. In two-device mode, one device records and the other shows the QR code download screen for your guests.

Single Device

Record and display the QR code on the same device. Ideal for solo operators.

Two Devices Recommended

Device 1 records. Device 2 shows the guest download QR code. Smoother guest experience.

Two-device setup

Log in with the same account on both devices. The app will automatically detect and link them via WebSocket. Both devices must be connected to the internet.

Tip: Keep both devices plugged in during events. Place the second device (QR display) where guests can easily scan it.
4

Configure Your Settings

Music, frames, text overlays, and recording time

Navigate to Settings in the app. Here you can personalise every recording to match the event theme.

Recording Time

Set how long each 360° recording lasts (1–20 seconds). 10–15 seconds is a sweet spot for most events.

Background Music

Upload an MP3, WAV, or AAC file. The audio is mixed into the video automatically. You can trim the clip inside the app.

Video Frame

Choose a frame overlay that appears around the video. Great for brand consistency or themed events.

Text Overlay

Add custom text (event name, hashtag, venue) with your choice of font, size, and colour.

Tip: Settings sync to both devices instantly via WebSocket — change them on one device and the other updates automatically.
5

Set Your Event Name

Organise recordings by event

In the Settings screen, find the Event Name field. This label is attached to each recording and helps you identify which videos belong to which event in your history.

Where to find it

Settings → Event Name field. A default name with today's date is pre-filled — just overwrite it.

Syncs to both devices

Tapping Save syncs the event name to your second device immediately.

Tip: The event name is optional — if you skip it, a default name with the current date is used automatically.
6

Start Recording

Capture the 360° video

Navigate to the Video screen. When your guest is in position on the 360° booth, tap the large record button. A countdown plays, then the camera captures the full clip automatically.

1. Position the guest on the platform

Make sure they're centred under the rotating arm before you start.

2. Tap Record

A 3-second countdown gives the guest time to pose. Recording starts automatically.

3. Video is processed

After recording ends, the app overlays music, frames, and text, then uploads the final video. A loading indicator appears.

Tip: Works with any 360° photo booth machine — no additional hardware configuration required.
7

Guest Download via QR Code

Instant sharing — no app required for guests

Once the video is ready, a unique QR code is displayed on screen (or on the second device in two-device mode). The guest scans it with their phone camera and downloads the video directly — no app install needed.

QR code appears automatically

After processing, the QR is displayed full-screen on the sharing device for easy scanning.

Guest scans & downloads

Works with the default camera app on iOS and Android. Opens a browser download — no app install required.

Link expires after download

Each QR link is single-use for privacy. The video is removed from the server after the guest downloads it.

Tip: Keep the QR code screen visible for at least 30 seconds to give guests time to scan. You can tap the screen to dismiss and go back to recording mode.
